Over the past decade, I've done this from inside a hyper-growth startup, inside a globally distributed technology organization, and as an advisor to venture-backed founders. I operate at CHRO scope, from strategy to execution.

Experience

I've spent the last decade building the people side of fast-growing technology organizations. At the Ethereum Foundation, I built the People function from zero — compensation, organization design, performance, and an org-wide equity program — for a globally distributed team, run lean and largely through influence rather than formal authority. Before that, I ran operations through Uniplaces' hyper-growth phase, scaling the team from 15 to 120, and advised five venture-backed portfolio CEOs on hiring and org design at Subvisual, with earlier commercial and CRM leadership at Philips.
