I help founders and leadership teams build what fast growth actually demands from the people side: hiring, compensation architecture, org design, performance systems, and the operating rhythm that keeps a culture intact while headcount multiplies. Over the past decade, I've done this from inside a hyper-growth startup, inside a globally distributed technology organization, and as an advisor to venture-backed founders. I operate at CHRO scope, from strategy to execution.

Experience

I've spent the last decade building the people side of fast-growing technology organizations.At the Ethereum Foundation, I built the People function from zero - compensation (including an org-wide equity program), organization design, performance, policies, restructuring, and more - for an already-running organization of ~250 people globally distributed across dozens of jurisdictions. The function runs lean and largely through influence rather than formal authority; it has supported the organization's growth to a peak of ~325 people and, lately, a contraction to ~180 people.Before that, I ran operations through Uniplaces' hyper-growth phase, scaling the team from 15 to 120, and advised five venture-backed portfolio CEOs on hiring and org design at Subvisual, with earlier commercial and CRM leadership at Philips.
